Session fee is for one person; each additional person/pet is $25 (due on session day). Immediate family only.

Your session fee secures a date in our calendar; it includes session shooting time (normally 60 minutes), professional editing of photographer-selected-proofs and an ordering appointment. Wardrobe is not provided.

 

All products and digital images are sold separately. Products start at $265

Approximately 1 - 2 weeks after your session, we will schedule an in-studio ordering appointment. You will get to review your portraits, create and order your collection for products, digitals and add-ons.

This is the ONLY time you will be able to view and make selections from your proofs. We cannot guarantee the safekeeping of any image once the ordering appointment concludes.​

Cancellation Policy

At Viaje Studios Photography, we have a non-refundable cancellation policy in place. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible within the limitations of our policy.

Once you have booked and paid for your session, please note that any cancellations or requests for rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your payment. This is due to the time and resources allocated specifically for your session, which cannot be easily reallocated on short notice.

We encourage you to carefully consider your availability and commitment before booking a session with us. If there are any uncertainties or potential conflicts with the scheduled date, we recommend reaching out to us prior to making a payment so that we can address any concerns or explore alternative options.
